Ingredients
50 ml spiced rum
50 ml apple juice
100 ml CinnaBuzz
1–2 star anise
Ice cubes

Method
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Pour in spiced rum, apple juice and star anise.
Shake well until chilled and lightly infused.
Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with CinnaBuzz.
Garnish with apple slices, star anise and a cinnamon stick, then serve immediately.

Method

Ingredients
300 g white granulated sugar
80 g butter
3 eggs
65 ml olive oil
180 g all-purpose flour,
sifted1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
½ teaspoon ground Ceylon cinnamon
½ cup CinnaBuzz
Method
Grease a bundt tin or butter and line a 9-inch springform tin.Preheat the oven to 160°C.In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and ground cinnamon, then sift and set aside.In a large bowl, beat the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.Sift in the flour mixture in two additions, blending well each time until the batter is smooth.Mix in the CinnaBuzz.Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.Serve with your choice of topping: fresh fruit (such as sliced strawberries), whipped cream, cinnamon sugar, or simply enjoy the cake on its own.
