Ingredients

2 Keells Krest chicken sausages, sliced
-
1 small potato, diced (parboiled if possible)
-
¼ cup chopped onion
-
¼ cup chopped capsicum
-
1 egg
-
1 tbsp oil or butter
-
Salt and pepper to taste
-
Chili flakes (optional)
-
Fresh coriander or spring onion, chopped
Method
-
Heat oil/butter in a pan. Add diced potato and cook until golden and crisp.

Add onion and capsicum; sauté until soft.
-
Add sliced sausages and cook 4–5 minutes until browned.
-
Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes.
-
Push the mix to one side of the pan, crack in the egg and scramble, or fry it whole.
-
Combine gently and transfer everything to a bowl.
-
Garnish with coriander or spring onion and serve hot with toast or bread.

Ingredients

½ cup Sunquick orange (or mixed fruit) concentrate

2 tbsp CinnaBuzz drink
-
3 cups chilled water or soda (plain or lemon)
-
1 cup chilled ginger ale or lemonade
-
½ cup mixed fruit pieces (orange slices, apple cubes, pomegranate, etc.)
-
Ice cubes, as needed
-
2–3 mint sprigs, for garnish
Method
-
In a large jug, mix Sunquick concentrate, CinnaBuzz and water/soda. Stir well.

Add ginger ale or lemonade and mix gently so it stays fizzy.
-
Add the mixed fruit pieces and plenty of ice.
-
Chill for 30 minutes so the flavors blend.
-
Pour into glasses, garnish with mint and extra fruit, and serve cold.

50 ml dry gin

50 ml coconut water
-
100 ml CinnaBuzz

A splash of Midori liqueur

1 deseeded banana pepper (capsicum), sliced

Ice cubes
Method
-
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
-
Add dry gin, coconut water and sliced deseeded banana pepper.
-
Shake hard for 10–12 seconds until well chilled and lightly infused.
-
Fine strain into a chilled rocks or coupe glass.
-
Top with CinnaBuzz and a splash of Midori.
-
Garnish with a thin ring or slice of banana pepper and serve immediately.
