2 Keells Krest chicken sausages, sliced or whole

1 egg

2 slices bread or 1 bun

½ cup sautéed vegetables (onion, capsicum, tomato)

1 tbsp butter or oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Ketchup or chili sauce, to serve
Method

Heat a pan with butter/oil.

Add sausages and cook on medium heat for 5–7 minutes until browned.

Push sausages to one side, crack in the egg and fry to preference.

Toast bread/bun in the same pan or on a griddle.

In another small pan, quickly sauté vegetables with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Plate toasted bread, sausages, fried egg and vegetables together.

Serve hot with ketchup or chili sauce.

Method
