Sunquick Mango Tango

Ingredients

30 ml Sunquick Mango

10 ml yuzu tea

2 tsp aloe vera jelly

1 jasmine teabag

250 ml warm water (200 ml hot water + 50 ml cold water)
Method

Add the jasmine teabag to 200 ml hot water and steep for 3–4 minutes.

Remove the teabag and add 50 ml cold water to bring the tea to warm temperature.

Stir in Sunquick Mango and yuzu tea until well mixed.

Add aloe vera jelly to a glass, then pour the drink over it.

Serve warm, or chill and serve over ice for a refreshing mango tea mocktail.

200 ml carbonated drink / sparkling water (e.g. Sprite)

Method

Fill a glass with ice.

Pour in Sunquick Blackcurrant.

Top up with Sprite or sparkling water and stir gently.

Garnish with a fresh strawberry and a twist of green lemon peel.
